Disney Jr. Educational Resource Group

In 2026, I joined the Educational Resource Group (ERG) at Disney Jr. as a contract Education Manager. I oversaw several shows, one in development, and provided guiding child development feedback on every stage of the incoming scripts. I also led a Playtesting session at a preschool in Los Angeles, guiding three and four-year-olds through a sample story episode and follow up questions to assess their comprehension, engagement, and enthusiasm.

I love getting to guide creative work and work directly with my favorite audience (preschoolers!). They are so much funnier than we could ever dream to be, so getting their voices into the process of creating a series or product is crucial to its’ success.
